Rogers Sucks

Its been a while since I’ve gone on a good Rogers rant, but I must admit, it has been alright for the past year or so.  That is, up until a few weeks ago when I noticed that my HDCBC channel was no longer broadcasting in HD.  I left it for a few days, and then finally called up Rogers, only to be told that they haven’t received any other complaints on it and will look into it.  Shortly after the call, I posted on Usenet in Newfoundland to see if anyone else was having the same problem in my area, and sure enough there were others who also called in and were also told that they haven’t received any other complaints.

So, after letting a few weeks go by, I just called back in, and was told yet again that they haven’t had any complaints on it yet (not even my own!), and acted like it was my first time calling in.  Once again, they didn’t tell me much on the phone, so I would imagine I will have to call back again in 2 days and be told the same thing.

Its stuff like this that makes me even more eager to move so I can move to the Aliant Fibre packages and get some decent customer service.
