Apple Wins Australian Ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab

Unbelievable.  When I first heard that Apple was attempting to block Samsung’s sale of the Galaxy Tab, I thought it was ludicrous and had no chance of actually happening.  Never say never.  This sets such a dangerous presidence for other tablets in the market.  There are only so many looks you can give a tablet computer, the fact for some reason, the law feels that Apple owns that “slate” look, is beyond me.  I’m saddened by what this does to our technology future.
